Order Cancellation/ Amendment/ Returns

1.1 Order Cancellations:

  • You can cancel or change your order by emailing hello@zuvees.ae at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date.

  • Please include your order number, customer name, billing address, and recipient name in the email.

1.2 What cannot be returned:

  • Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of gift items like flowers, cakes & chocolates, we cannot accept returns once your order has been dispatched.

  • Additionally, customized goods cannot be returned once the customization process has begun.

Refunds 

2.1 How to Make a Complaint:

  • If you're not happy with our service, we want to hear about it! Please contact us within 1 business day of delivery  to allow for a swift resolution.

  • You can reach us by email at hello@zuvees.ae or by phone at ‎+971 52 919 9477. Our Customer Care team is available from 11 AM to 11 PM (Gulf Standard Time- GST), 7 days a week.

2.2 Resolving Your Complaint:

  • We take customer satisfaction seriously and strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

  • Depending on the nature of your complaint, we may offer a replacement arrangement or a compensation voucher.

2.3 Refunds:

  • If a replacement or voucher isn't suitable and we agree to a refund, the full amount will be credited back to the original payment card.

  • While we process the refund promptly, it may take a few days to show up in your account. Please contact your card provider if you experience a delay.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”Â
