Where do you source your flowers from?
We source our flowers from the best suppliers in UAE who in turn source the flowers directly from growers in countries like Netherlands, Ecuador, Colombia, Kenya and India.
Do I need to have an account with Zuvees to place an order?
Having a Zuvees account is not required to place an order. However, having an account help in saving addresses and you get access to exclusive gifts & deals.

What are your business hours?
We are available 7 days a week. Store timings: 7:30 AM to 10 PM.
Do you call the recipient before delivery?
We like to keep the surprise as-is :) However, we might contact the recipient if there are issues with address/ directions.
What happens if the recipient is not available at the delivery address?
We will call the recipient and ask for a reschedule. Also in case the recipient allows or is unavailable we give the option of leaving at the door.
I want to make changes to my order?
You can cancel or change your order by emailing hello@zuvees.ae at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date.

How do you make sure that what I see on your website is what is delivered?
For all orders placed on our website “Zuvees.ae”, we give an option for customers to do video approval of the order before it is sent to the recipient.
Do Zuvees have affordable Same-Day Flower Delivery Options in Dubai?
Yes, Zuvees provide free delivery for all standard delivery orders. Special deliveries like 60 mins, express comes at a minimal cost. For few emirates or remote areas we might charge a minimal delivery fee.
How can I track the status of my flower delivery order on Zuvees?
We send you tracking details on your mail once the order is shipped. We are the only flower gifting company in Dubai providing live tracking of your order on map.
How will I know when my order has been delivered or if there are any delivery issues?
We send you a delivery confirmation mail once your order is delivered. We may connect with you over call or whatsapp if there are any issues in delivery.
Can I send flowers to hotels, hospitals, or P.O. boxes, and are there any special instructions?
Yes, with Zuvees you can send flowers to any location in Dubai.
Can I include a personalized message or greeting card with the flowers?
Personalized messages and multiple premium gifting cards are available at zuvees.ae
What payment methods do you accept (credit card types, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.)?
We accept all local & international cards - VISA, Mastercard etc, as well as Apply Pay, GPay, AMEX, Tabby, Tamara etc.
