Where do you source your flowers from?

We source our flowers from the best suppliers in UAE who in turn source the flowers directly from growers in countries like Netherlands, Ecuador, Colombia, Kenya and India.

Do I need to have an account with Zuvees to place an order?

Having a Zuvees account is not required to place an order. However, having an account help in saving addresses and you get access to exclusive gifts & deals. We need either your email or phone number to place the order.

What are your business hours?

We are available 7 days a week, 7 AM to 9 PM (Sundays: 10 AM to 7 PM)

Do you call the recipient before delivery?

We like to keep the surprise as-is :) However, we might contact the recipient if there are issues with address/ directions.

I want to make changes to my order?

You can cancel or change your order by emailing hello@zuvees.ae at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date.

How do you make sure that what I see on your website is what is delivered?

For all orders placed on our website “Zuvees.ae”, we give an option for customers to do video approval of the order before it is sent to the recipient.
